What if my script won't upload?

Follow the directions within the APP.  Sometimes you have to just try again, other time you copy and paste it in and it will work!  If it still does not work it is perhaps because production has locked the sides or they are watermarked to a degree that it cannot be read.  Fear not!  You have an unlimited membership so you can still upload plenty of scripts and get your money's worth!

What if I signed an NDA?  Can I still upload the script?

From our side, we are not storing the pdf file on our server. However, we are sending the file to AWS to read the content and then sending the content to customized trained by Natalie ChatGPT for analysis. We are not sharing it with anybody.  However, read your NDA carefully to understand its parameters.  If the NDA states it is not to be associated with AI in any way, best to do this analysis on your own and save the APP for other auditions! 

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds but you can cancel your subscription at any time!  We would be sad to see you go but if you need to cancel you can continue using the APP until completion of the subscription month or year you already paid for and then will not be charged again.

 Does the APP automatically charge me each month or year?

Yes! Unless you cancel your subscription, once you sign up you will be charged with the card you used to purchase your subscription each month or year cycle.

Will I book an acting job using this APP?

That is the intention! Let the APP do heavy lifting of homework and script analysis for you and you focus your time and energy on being your best self and shining in your audition!
